EIS, Inc. a Virginia Corporation and small business enterprise, is a professional foodservice consulting organization providing services to both architects and clients alike.  Established in 1986, we offer extensive foodservice expertise with qualified specialized design and programming disciplines to ensure that the clients concerns and overall objectives are identified and satisfied.

 

EIS, Incorporated’s team member’s experience reflects the most current thinking and direction in equipment, technology and operations. We develop numerous conceptual solutions to insure that we recommend the best, most cost effective design approach. EIS, Incorporated is a totally independent foodservice facilities design and consulting firm whose advice is objective, on point and unhindered by any hidden agenda.

 

Our attention to detail, experience and an innovative approach sets us apart from other firms. We work closely with all team members to identify the key components generating a solution that is tailored to the specific needs of our client. We are not in the business of selling foodservice equipment and have no ties or allegiance to any equipment manufacturer or group. Our clients demand quality, knowledge and service.

 

EIS maintains responsible relationships with the Architect, local regulators, the Department of Health, local inspectors and operational personnel to ensure that the facility will function with maximum efficiency, now and in the years ahead.

 

During the nearly thirty years that EIS’s founders have been associated with the foodservice industry, we have designed, planned, budgeted, surveyed, provided staff analysis, supervised installations and implemented a wide variety of foodservice programs. Our projects include many of the mid Atlantic’s major corporate cafeterias, higher, secondary and elementary educational facilities including kitchens for the military, prisons and security kitchens, commissary and grocery kitchens, clubs, catering kitchens, healthcare and recreational facilities.

 

Budget is a contributing factor in every project. Our experience and ability to bring a project in at a cost you expect is paramount to any successful project. Our in house database updates the project cost during the design process allowing us to stay on budget by selecting the appropriate equipment for the project.

We can offer design solutions that will help garner LEEDS points towards your certification rating. A solution that will enable your project to be a better neighbor and steward for environmental concerns.
